What is considered a season??
We have 2 storage seasons, summer and winter. Winter begins after Labor day and ends Memorial day. The summer season begins after Memorial day and ends Labor day.

Can I work on my "toy" during the season?
Yes, as long as you abide by the terms of the lease agreement, clean up any mess and do not cause damage to the building or others property contained therein.

Do you have boat stands?
Of course! We also offer a cradle system depending on boat size and time of haul out. The cradles offer excellent maneuverability and the entire keel being supported. Any boats above 35' will be placed on stands.

How big a vessel or RV can you store?
We have stored boats as large as 50' long, 15' wide and 19' tall.

Can I use my boat hauler?
We have an exclusive agreement with Premier Marine Services for our facility. He knows the building and how to get the boats in perfectly so we will not allow another hauler into the facility.

How do I access my boat during a season?
You will supply us with a 4 digit code and we will key it into the entry system.

What temperature do you keep the building at during the winter?
We set the thermostat at 55` during the winter season. We have an in-floor heating system which is very efficient.

How do I reserve space for the next season?
Simply call or email and we will prepare a lease agreement for you, pay the deposit and you are all set.

How big is the building?
The building is 60' x 148' with a 22' high garage entry door.

Is there a bathroom on site?
Yes, a full bath and shower is open year round.

Do you have water and electricity?
Yes, we have hose bibs and floor drains that are on all year. We also offer standard duplex receptacles as well as 30 & 50 amp receptacles.
